工作职责： Job Responsibilities： - 设计用户交互体验概念方案。 - Design user interaction experience concepts. - 详细交互流程页面设计。 - Detailed interaction flow page design. - 与用户体验架构师，产品负责人协调协调并确认交互设计概念规范。 - Coordinate and validate interaction design concept specifications with UX architects and PO. - 与用户体验研究员协调交互概念验证计划并提供支持。 - Coordinate interaction concept validation plans with UX researchers and provide support. - 根据交互概念验证结果对交互概念进行必要修改，并迭代交互概念规范和相关文档。 - Modify interaction concepts as necessary based on validation results, and iterate interaction concept specifications and related documents. - 结合用户体验和方案攥写交互设计概念规范说明文档。 - Write interaction design concept specification documents integrating user experience and solutions. - 和研发团队讨论技术可行性。 - Discuss technical feasibility with technology team. - 根据反馈对方案进行修改。 - Modify solutions based on feedback. 我们对专业性的要求 Professional Requirements: - 熟悉产品设计类的软件，例如Sketch，Figma等，同时能学习和快速上手所需新的软件。 - Familiar with design software such as Sketch, Figma, etc., and able to quickly learn and use new software. -熟悉体验设计的衡量标准。 - Familiar with measurement standards for user experience design. -熟悉用户需求挖掘的调研方法，有自己的方法论，有效地将技术转化为符合需求的设计方案。 - Familiar with research methods for uncovering user needs and effectively translating technology into design solutions. -交互流程设计能够准确描述逻辑与路径，通过文档化的形式沉淀输出，包括撰写PRD。 - Accurately describe logic and paths in interaction flow design through documentation, including writing PRD. -交互概念文档能够简要展示设计的关键价值，能产出介绍性的精炼亮点，并阐述给他人。 - Concisely showcase the key value of interaction concept documents and articulate the refined highlights to others. -对技术的实现方式具有基础的了解，能够在设计初期将研发能力作为因素之一，让设计具有落地性。 - Possess a basic understanding of technical implementation methods and consider development capabilities as a factor in the early stages of design to ensure practicality. -能够与研发人员共同协作，确保落地的结果与设计的一致性 - Collaborate with development team members to ensure consistency between the results and the design. 我们对你的期望： Expectations: - 有汽车行业HMI交互设计经验，并对汽车HMI设计有自己的见解。 - Experience in and have your own opinion on automotive HMI interaction design. - 有较强的逻辑思维能力、执行力和创新力，并能够保持不断学习新的方法、知识的动力。 - Strong logical thinking, execution, and innovation skills, with a drive to continuously learn new methods and knowledge. - 积极主动，可以自己推进工作，有担当，踏实靠谱。 - Proactive, self-driven, responsible, and reliable. - 有较强的沟通能力，可以和产品经理，研发及品牌方进行友好沟通。 - Strong Communication skills to communicate with PO, technology team and brands. - 可以用英文和中文作为工作语言，流利的听说读写。（必须） - Must be able to use English and Chinese as working languages. 加分项 有以下行业经验：汽车研发/制造·互联网
