文创设计师
1、环境艺术、视觉传达、艺术设计类专业本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，供职优秀设计事务所者优先。
2、熟练运用Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign等平面设计软件，具有UI设计、AE动态图形、插画绘制、视频剪辑及后期处理、数据可视化等技能者优先。
3、具备优秀的艺术审美与创意能力，熟悉文创设计作业流程。
4、热爱设计并拥有优秀的身体素质与心理素质，优秀的时间管理，团队协作及沟通能力，适应快速工作节奏，愿意与公司共同成长。
Cultural and Creative Designer
1. Bachelor degree or above in environmental art, visual communication, art design, with more than 2 years of work experience, those working in an excellent design firm is preferred.
2. Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and other graphic design software, those with UI design, AE dynamic graphics, illustration drawing, video editing and post-processing, data visualization and other skills are preferred.
3. Possession of excellent artistic aesthetic and creative abilities, familiar with the cultural and creative design operation process.
4. Design-loving, with excellent physical and psychological qualities, excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills, being fast accustomed to work, and willing to grow together with the company.
