Product Designer:
1.Play a critical role in helping set the goals and product direction for the team.
2.Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our internal and external users.
3.Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces.
4.Work closely with our product managers to define the MVP which will help us ship products and learn fast.
5.Guide design execution, improve the user experience, and work with team members (think product managers and engineers) to launch features.
6.Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to bring the voice of our customers into your work。
7.Solicit feedback from stakeholders including but not limited to product, eng, data, ops, marketing and external customers.
8.Think holistically about complex systems, empathize with users, and understand goals to create compelling user experiences.
Who you are:
1)Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision.

3)Willing to adapt and contribute to design system; Working closely with your engineers to build components that seamlessly fit into a larger component library/style guide.

What you have:
① A keen eye for visual UI details.
② A portfolio of work that reflects your strengths in both UX and visual design skills on which you were the primary designer, with moderate guidance from design leadership.
③ Experience with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases.
④ Ability to provide design variations and rationalize your design choices.
⑤ Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations with different audience.
